BO YOUNG PARK ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Footdog application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining clearly how information is handled when you use the App.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how that information is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We do not operate our own server or database, and we do not directly collect or store users' personal information on our own servers.

The App may process certain information locally on your device in order to provide its features.

Audio Recordings

When you use the noise measurement and audio recording features, the App may access your device's microphone and record ambient sound.

Audio recordings created using the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store these recordings on our own servers.

You can delete recordings using the features provided by the App, where available, or by deleting the App from your device.

Video Recordings

When you use the video recording feature, the App may access your device's camera and microphone to record video and audio.

Video recordings created using the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store these video recordings on our own servers.

The App does not operate a cloud storage service for video recordings.

You can delete video recordings using the features provided by the App, where available, or by deleting the App from your device.

Noise Measurement Data

The App processes noise measurement information, including decibel levels and related measurement data, to provide its noise measurement, recording, playback, grouping, and export features.

This information is processed and stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it using another service or application.

2. Camera Permission

The App requires access to your device's camera to provide the video recording feature.

Camera access is controlled by Apple's permission system. You can allow or deny camera access through your device settings.

If camera access is denied, features that require camera access may not function.

3. Microphone Permission

The App requires access to your device's microphone to measure noise levels, record ambient audio, and record audio together with video when using the video recording feature.

If microphone access is denied, features that require microphone access may not function.

4. Paid App and No Advertising

Footdog is a paid application.

The App does not display advertisements and does not use advertising services or advertising SDKs.

The App does not use Google Mobile Ads, AdMob, or Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising purposes.

Because the App does not provide advertising features, we do not process information for the purpose of displaying personalized or non-personalized advertisements through the App.

5. App Tracking Transparency

The App does not use advertising or tracking services for advertising purposes.

The App does not request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework for advertising or tracking purposes.

The App does not access the advertising identifier for tracking purposes through the ATT framework.

6. Email Feedback

The App may provide an option to send feedback by email.

When you choose to send feedback, your device's email application may be opened so that you can send an email directly to the developer.

The App does not operate an email server and does not independently collect or store the contents of your feedback on our servers.

If you send an email to us, we may receive the information contained in that email, including your email address and any information that you voluntarily provide.

We use information received through email only to respond to your inquiry, feedback, or support request.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

We do not operate a server or database for collecting users' personal information.

The App does not integrate advertising services or other third-party services that collect personal information for advertising purposes.

However, if you choose to share or export recordings, videos, audio, or measurement data using another service or application on your device, that information may be processed by the service or application you choose. Such processing is subject to the privacy policy and terms of the relevant third party.

We do not independently control how third-party services or applications process information that you choose to share with them.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Audio recordings, video recordings, and noise measurement data created by the App are stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain a cloud server or database for storing your recordings, videos, or noise measurement data.

Because these files are stored locally, their retention depends on your device and your actions. You can delete locally stored recordings, videos, and data using the features provided by the App, where available, or by deleting the App from your device.

If you choose to share or export information to another service or application, the retention of that information is determined by the relevant service or application.

9. Data Deletion

Because we do not operate a server or database containing users' recordings, videos, or noise measurement data, we do not have a separate server-side account deletion process for such data.

Deleting the App from your device will remove locally stored App data according to Apple's operating system behavior and your device settings.

If you have exported or shared data with another service or application, you may need to delete that information directly through the relevant service or application.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers or databases.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Because the App stores recordings, videos, and noise measurement data locally on your device and does not operate a server or database for such information, you have control over the locally stored data through your device and the features provided by the App.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security of your device, including using a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other security features provided by your device.

13. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party advertising services or advertising SDKs.

If you choose to share or export information using another application or service on your device, that third party may process the information according to its own privacy policy and applicable laws.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service before sharing or exporting information to that service.

The App itself does not control or determine how such third-party services process information after you choose to share it with them.
